What have I signed up for?

If the package you purchased is one of our smaller term packages such as, 1 day, 7 days or the 4 weekly, then you are also under no obligation to continue with the service.

Our non-recurring subscriptions will not renew automatically. Non-recurring subscriptions will expire at the end of the period. The "4 weekly" recurring package will need to be cancelled and can be cancelled at any time without any extra charge.

We do however, also offer a 12 month fixed term contract package at these sites and you will need to continue to pay for the service for the amount of time you signed up for, if one of these packages is selected. (Please refer to our terms of use for more information on this)

When subscribing to a fixed term subscription customers may terminate their subscription within 14 days of the date of the purchase of the subscription using the approved contact methods. There is no penalty for terminating during the “Cooling Off” period.

During park closures, we have enabled an automatic 'pause' feature, which means that your long-term fixed contract package will automatically pause on the official closing date of the holiday park and you won't be charged until the park re-opens. You can "un-pause" your subscription by logging into your account.

For dates on when your holiday park officially closes and opens please consult the park reception. Please note: Automatic pause to subscriptions will not be applied to parks that are open all year round.

Subscribers can use accounts at all other sites covered by InPark WiFi! Once you have reached a site covered by InPark WiFi, simply turn on the wireless function of your device and select the Wi-Fi from the list of networks. Once a connection is established you will be redirected to the Wifinity dashboard where you can login and start using the service.
